My life has been changed by running! I started the c25k program on my iPhone 4 late October & ever since I have been hooked! I have already ran in a 5k… I am signed up to run in the St. Patty 5 mile & the GoStl half marathon… & have lost 10 lbs! This blog is being used as my running journal!
I track my running on my iPhone 4 using the Nike+ Gps App. It is a fabulous app that keeps count of miles, minutes, calories, etc while I run. It then syncs to my online account at nikeplus.com. I can enter competitions and forums online using my account. It is really motivating!
